Stanford Hospital and Clinics. Over the years, ORCAS has supported a wide range of technology projects at this leading medical institution, including general computer infrastructure remediation, HIPPA security improvements, wireless network design through implementation and IT change management.
Kaiser Permanente. Toward the end of an ongoing piping construction project, ORCAS was retained to analyze the impact of design issues, recommend schedule and construction sequence changes, determine RFI turnaround time and examine trade stacking and congestion. Our issues and recovery analysis helped successfully obtain a schedule extension and additional monies for the project.
